Appointment Feedback Survey

We recently texted a number of our patients a survey link looking for feedback on our appointments system, and any general comments about the practice.

We now have paper copies available at reception for all our patients to complete should they wish to take part. The survey will remain available until the end of November.

We will share the results with our patients in December when we have collated the responses. Thanks for everyone who has taken part so far.
